3 Day Barista Training Class


ILBA Coffee School's Barista Development Class consists of (3)eight-hour training days covering a variety of disciplines in drink preparation. This class is perfect for future cafe managers and baristas focusing on introductory drink preparation techniques. All of our classes are conducted at our 10,000 square foot facility in San Diego California that is only 15 minutes from the beach. The Barista Development Class is a hands-on training course with a training manual focusing on the key points related to proper espresso extraction, milk texturing and successful drink preparation. Our trainers and consultants at our coffee school have years of experience in the coffee industry and will walk you through all the skills and techniques to successfully prepare the essential drinks associated with a gourmet coffee menu.

Multiple espresso machines, brewers, grinders, blenders and accessories from a variety of manufacturers varying in price, features and quality are available for you. This gives all of our students the ability to choose, in person, what pieces of equipment best fit their budget, volume and drink preparation needs.

As a student at our coffee school, you will be able to extract espresso shots from automatic and semi automatic espresso machines from a variety of price categories.
