ILBA Coffee School's Roasting workshop is held in a 10,000 square foot roasting and training facility located in San Diego, California. Our 2 day hands on class is a great introduction to coffee sourcing, purchasing, roasting and cupping. Students will work on a Diedrich CR 45K large volume roaster and a US Roasters sample roaster.
