ILBA Coffee School Roasting workshop is held in a 10,000 square foot roasting and training facility located in San Diego California. Our 2 day hands on class is a great introduction to coffee sourcing, purchasing, roasting and cupping. Students will work on a Diedrich CR 45K large volume roaster and a US Roasters sample roaster.

The roasting workshop is perfect for home roasting or opening a cafe/roaster. Our hands on trainers and master roaster will guide you through the process from seed to cup. The workshop combines the art and science of roasting from profiling to moisture content testing. Our experienced consultants with Coffee Shop Experts design and build cafes and set up coffee rosters across the country with their designers, architects and contractors. They are a perfect source to consult with about future plans of opening a state of the art commercial coffee roasting facility or a cafe/roaster.

Whatever your plans are, we have got you covered. Ivy League Barista Academy has more experience than anyone else in the coffee education market. Our consultants have opened over 500 coffee shops across the country and internationally and worked with, consulted, trained and fabricated for the largest companies in the coffee industry.
